What is this?

Repetition can cause overloading of tendons causing aggravation and inflammation. Pain is usually concentrated at the insertion point on the bone where the tension is concentrated.

How we help

Massage and stretching can release and lengthen tight bands within the muscle allowing it to return back to its correct length. Tendons can be very slow to heal however releasing the muscular tension and increasing circulation in the area will give them the best chance to heal and recover.
